Oil burner boiler/condensing boiler

I am putting in UFH in a new build and have been quoted for both oil burner boiler and oil condensing boiler by different co.s. What is the difference? and what would some-one recommend who may have installed UFH. If I install an oil condensing boiler can it be used to heat domestic hot water as well. All of this is new to me so any info greatly appreciated
