i saw a franchise for sale for 150k on buy a business ,turnover was 200k, and profit was 250k?

is this to good to be true? and would this include a manager to run the place?

Profit was < 250k. Possibly the bands on buy a business don't allow for a lower prodfit bracket. As it's based in Northern Ireland I would query as to whether the € should be £.
