For the past three months I have been onto NTL to sort out the porting of our old phone number. Originally their sales guy said that this would be not have to be ported, on three occasions he was asked specifically about this - yet alas he lied.....
They are blaming Eircom (there is meant to be an error on their system), we are actually with Perlico (still paying bill awaiting for NTL to complete the porting)....Perlico claim that since they have released the UAN number there should be no problem.
I am fed up of NTL, Eircom and Perlico passing the blame amongst each other - has anyone any suggestions.
I have kept this as short as possible - as I am infuriated.....
