Just wondering if anyone was having any problems with their ntl broadband, mine keeps coming up 'cannot find page'. It used to happen every now and again but seems to be coming a more common occurance. Ringing them is a complete waste of time.
email them - i had a long month of phoning them before where the person on the end of the phone may have been the cleaner for all he or she understood of my complaint - i emailed after around 14 calls and was sorted out that day.
Had a smilar problem a few months back. Reported the problem and two or three days later one of their guys called me back. He patiently talked me through a series of tests and worked out what the problem was...Managed to fix it fine..My main gripe was having to wait in between reporting the problem and having the call back.
