NSP and Job-sharing

I'd be obliged if anyone can answer three quick queries

(1) If a teacher is job-sharing and buys back years is the cost of the NSP based on the part-time salary?

(2) If so, is there any restriction on subsequently going back full-time?

(This would seem like a no-brainer - buy back years at lower cost based on job-share salary, but get benefits of higher salary at retirement.)

(3) Can an existing AVC fund be transferred from the AVC provider to the superannuation scheme to fund the NSP?

Thanks.

Do you really think the administrators are that dumb? I've no particular knowledge of the teachers scheme, but I'd be somewhat surprised if there is such a loophole.
