I have just issued my tenant notice of intention to sell. I am an accidental landlord
I have given required notice and solicitor declaration.
This is an end date of 31st of December.I am aware they could move out at any point before that date.
I am also aware notice end date could be difficult for anyone moving.. is it ok to offer another Month ie end of January or am I better of sticking to the statutory notice periods?
They have not asked..
hoping someone with more experience can help with this.
