Notice of Assessment - Shed light on....

Hi All

I paid and filed last week (just on time) and got electronic receipt of payment in my inbox in ROS.

Yesterday I got my notice of assment. I noticed the field "Less AMOUNT PAID TO THE COLLECTOR−GENERAL" is slightly less than what I actually paid (just under €50 of a difference).

Could this be a mistake or is there a possibility that I had a small balance last year I wasn't aware of that they just took straight off my payment before moving on to this year's assessment ? Can't think of why else this would have happened.

When you look at the payments tab in your services on ROS, can you see where the rest of the payment went?
