Advice appreciated on the following: had decided to switch mortgage to BOSI, all the application work has been completed, house has been valued. Now the legal side is taking place, but nothing has been signed yet.
In the meantime, NIB have announced their offer, which is better value. The thing that really annoys me re BOSI is the 1000 euro minimum extra payment which can be put off the mortgage. Whereas i was planning on chucking an extra 200 month off it, 1000 is out of the question -which i presume is what BOSI are aiming for!
I don't agree with loyalty towards banks, but is it too late to go to NIB and decline the offer from BOSI?
