Not FTB, what stamp duty is due?

Hi

We are not FTB but are buying for the first time in Ireland. We will be owner occupiers of a house greater than 125sqm, costing EUR411,000. I understand SD will be due on 25% of the consideration BUT will the first 125k be exempt?
