This is a big ask as it's very uncommon,
I was gifted a property with 2 right of residence on the deeds now I am purchasing my own home as I cannot do anything with the inherited home and have no rental income etc from it, I was wondering now that i am purchasing a property will I have to pay stamp duty on this as I have heard several different answers.
