Hi, I'm working for an Irish company and i am out of the country for more than 184 days a year. My wages are paid into my irish bank account but i believe they originate from hong kong. The company do not pay PAYE, am i exempt from paying tax in Ireland?....

The answer is likely to be yes you are exempt BUT you really need to get tax advice based on your personal circumstances - telling someone they are exempt from tax is serious news (especially if it turns out that the news is wrong). An accountant/tax adviser will ask amongst other things - why the company are not paying PAYE (have they obtained an exemption from Revenue or is it a solo run?), where are your duties performed, are you a director of the company, do you have other sources of income?
Free advice on this could cost you a lot.
