Can somebody help me regarding the application for a Tax Clearance Certificate for Non Residents?
I recently finished some freelance graphic design projects for a client from Dublin Ireland and in order for him to process the payment, he asked me for a Tax Clearance Certificate.
My workplace is in Romania and my company is also registered in Romania.
The payments are currently stuck because of this and I am trying to figure out how to resolve this.
In these conditions is it possible for me to apply for a Tax Clearance Certificate?
