Non resident income

I am working overseas & have declared non residency to Revenue. I have opened a joint $US account in names of my wife & I with an Irish bank where I intend to lodge my salary.If my wife withdraws any of the funds, will she be liable to Irish income tax?

How r u treated for tax purposes? Joint or seperately?
