non-irish entitlement to redundancy?

Just wondering if you employ non-irish - am presuming they have the same redundancy entitlements as irish - taking the 2 yrs employment etc into consideration? or is anything extra / different you need to do

That's what i thought, but one has to be sure.

Was just wondering if that ee left the country, do they need some kind of additional documentation regarding the redundancy... i think i think too much about these things
