The Revenue's FAQ's say:
"1.5 Will the Universal Social Charge apply to non-domiciles?
Income from Ireland or income sourced from Ireland will be subjected to the Universal Social Charge."
We are retired in Ireland with zero Irish income. We are resident but non-domiciled and pay income tax using Form 11 for remitted income [US and UK pensions].
Should we be paying the USC?
Who should we talk to to clarify this?
Thanks.
