noisy windy chimney-which cowl

Hi all.recently got a stove installed. Its great but if its any bit windy outside its quite noisy (blowing over beer bottle!!!). Its also difficult to control the fire when lit. Even with everything closed on the stove the fire burns very quickly. we only lit one fire before installing stove and had problem with smoke coming into the sitting room. Chimney height seems to be ok so Presume we need a cowl as we have too much down draught. But which one?
