Not sure if I am in the right place, please move it if I am.
My problem is I have just recently bought a new house which is semi-detached. The neighbours are extremely noisy nexy door. I have asked them nicely to please keep the noise down during the week as we are getting up early for work and cannot sleep with the noise. They apologised and said they would keep it down but so far this has not happened.
I have tried to get the number for the landlord to complain but to no avail. Does anyone know how I would go about getting contact details for the owner of the house?
