No longer a landlord: How do I deregister with the PRTB?

I used to be a landlord, but I sold the apartment and am no longer letting any property. I originally registered with the PRTB, so I know my name is on the Registry of Landlords. How do I de-register as a landlord? I can't get any info from the PRTB.

What do I do if the dwelling ceases to be let?


If the tenancy ends and the dwelling is no longer available for rent then the PRTB should be notified so that the record can be removed from the active registrations on the Register.
This may only be done by written notification by the landlord or his or her authorised agent.
