I'm just about to submit my Form 12 using ROS (at the last minute, I know, I know) but there's no information in the PAYE/BIK/Pensions page about my PAYE salary. My employers name is there but the salary, USC and PAYE values are all zero. When I calculate my tax, my personal tax credits (which are used by my PAYE employment) are applied against my rental income and my tax is zero. Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?
This happened to me too, and I got a nice cheque from Revenue. However, I had made an error - you need to actually enter all of your PAYE details (from the P60) - in addition to your rental income details. I had to update my record, return the lovely cheque.
