No bluetooth option in control panel

i am trying to install a wireless keyboard and mouse that use bluetooth. Unfortunately the Dell pc that i want to use it with (2003 with XP) doesn't have a bluetooth option in the control panel so the transceiver isn't being installed.

has anyone any idea how i might be able to add it?

did you get a CD with the Bluetooth Dongle? is this a pc or laptop

if its a PC there will be NO wireless or bluetooth
