NIB Switching fee for LTV Mortgage

Hi,

Do we need to submit any receipt to claim NIB LTV Mortgage Switching Legal Fee(600 Euro)? I was asked to submit the receipt from solicitor to claim this? ?Can somebod help about this? I have spent less than 600 Euro in switching.

Yes - absolutely, you are required to produce a receipt in order to claim the reimbursement.
They will only reimburse what you paid - up to a maximum of €600.
So, if as you state, you paid less than €600, they will not 'recredit' you with €600.

We weren't asked to produce any receipts for reimbursement, I just sent an email and a cheque was sent to me for the €600 plus €100 for the valuation (think that bit might have been an error though).
