i think i am in the wrong forum i had some questions and some advice, about applying for state welfare, but i live in the United States and i dont think this is the right place
 
You're on an Irish site, but based on your Location, it could be the right one.
 
i entered the information on the profile page? Irish, lol, i google, Welfare Assistance forums and this site was the first link, go Ireland, you rock
 
I'll close off this thread as the enquiry is not relevant to our social welfare system.
