Hi guys, myself and a friend are looking to set up a business which will provide an online web service to the public. We both currently have full time jobs and the running of this business would be part-time.

Can someone please advise me on the following points

The most tax-efficient way to run the business, i.e. directorship etc

The most tax-efficient way to earn income from the business, i.e. pay ourselves a wage, leave profit in the business etc.
