Hi, I'm in the process of buying a new (to me) house. I just went Sale Agreed. The house only has a tiny steel shed but I would like to get a 6m x 9m prefabricated steel shed with a concrete base. I understand that planning permission will be required for this.
Has anyone done a similar project? How much did the planning permission cost to get, engineers fee's, etc? How long did it take to get planning?
How much did the concrete base cost?
Did you get it insulated or was the non-drip lining sufficient?
Are there any good concrete precast options?
Any advice welcome.
