Lets just call it bad luck but..........I bought 2 weeks ago a circa 1910 house 3 storey terraced house.Dream home!! ....and sure enough the roof for the extension (20mt sq) started to leak over the wknd.
Not being able to see the roof i am not in a position to see the extent of the roof degredation. Maybe the whole roof or under felt need replacing?
Any guess on price for total re-roofing??
Can anyone recommend a good roofer to come and look at this as i am completely gutted (parden the pun).
