New mortgage application existing tracker

Hi

I have an exisiting tracker with BOI and have been approved for another mortgage. I am holding on to the exisiting property to rent it and am wondering if there is any chance BOI will try and take the tracker back off me given it is no longer my principle private residence. I have checked the original offer letter and i can't see anything on it.

Have a read through this thread. Suggests that Bank of Ireland don't change rates because the house is no longer owner-occupied.
