PERSONAL INSOLVENCY ACT 2012
(COMMENCEMENT) (NO. 3) ORDER 2013.
The Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers
conferred on him by Section 1(2) of the Personal Insolvency Act
2012 (No. 44 of 2012) has made the Order entitled as above.
This Order specifies that the 31st day of July, 2013, is the date
on which Sections 13, 26 to 46 and 48 to 125 of the Personal
Insolvency Act 2012 come into operation.

Publications, 52 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2.
