New electrical Regs.

Anyone see the new Electrical Regs?
Didn't get a chance to study them yet but from Sept on Distribution outlets are to be at viewing height? Recessed boards to be used aswell.
Has anyone else noticed anything outlandish?

the bathroom has to be on its own rcd

what if there is nothing that warrents an rcd? ie lighting only?
