New dishwasher

Replacing kitchen & therefore need to buy new dishwasher (DW). An integrated Zanussi ZT605 was in our house when we moved in 7 years ago. Still working without problem so reliably in use for probably more than 10 years altogether.

Originally consideried new double drawer dishwasher but given potential problems have decided to buy conventional integrated.

Trying to decide between the multitude of choices ! Given our already good experience of Zanussi DW, we are examining the Zanussi ZDT201 model which has full stainless steel interior and is AAA rated. Can get for approx EUR500. Does anyone have experience of the ZDT201 ? Would you recommend ?

We're currently planning a kitchen upgrade and had double drawer dishwasher recommended to us, what potential problems do you speak of?
We currently have a hotpoint for the last 7 years and have had no problems with it so will more then likely go with that brand again.

The latest edition of Consumer Choice magazine reviews dishwashers. Check it out. Comprehensive testing of 10 or 15 models, giving about 3 or 4 "best buys".

If buying a new one, there seem to be several good deals on the go with 3 - 4 year guarantees parts and labour. The 'labour guarantee' being the most important one.
