New customer vs existing customer deals?

Do mobile service providers give better deals to new customers, or existing customers whose contract is about to finish? Or is it equal for both? I finished my emobile contract and i'm wondering whether to go to tesco for 25 a month or would emobile give me a better deal (currently at 35 a month ) since im an existing customer

Suggest phone emobile (assume you are happy with them) and ask them match Tesco, they probably will.

I will try that, also tesco have a 15e per month monthly sim only plan, do you think emobile would be willing to negotiate to that? i'd be doubtful though
