new build plumbing costs

Hi - I am about to start plumbing my new build - 2 storey concrete build with byson slabs about 2700 sq ft & garage

got a quote off our plumber for the below but think that it is on the very high side!

underflooring heating - upstairs and downstairs
completely zoned with thermostats in all rooms
120000 he condensing oil boiler
300 gallon beehive oil tank
300 litre solar cylinder
rad in garage
water softner -supply & fitted
installation of 2 towel rails
preinsulatted pipe from garage to house
3 bar grunfos booster pump to pressurize all taps
all normal plumbing you would expect
Price to include all labour and vat.

would anyone have a rough idea as to what would be a reasonable price this job?

for what its worth, i'm getting a full house renovation and extension done, plumbing & heating work is just less than 9k.
work involved full replumb of existing house, plumb & heating for extension, move hot press, install solar & UFH, new condensing boiler, fit of bathroom & ensuite.

Doing a new build 3,200sqf and plumbing costs just under 9k not including vat to include:
35Kw outside oil burner, fitting of solar panels, hot tank triple coil (if thats the way to say it), back boiler to solid fuel stove, all rads and towel rails - 3 zones
Originally we were looking at pellet stove boiler in garage and I know that the cost of preinsullated pipe from the garage to the house was very expensive - depending on the spec of that it could add a couple of extra k depending on the distance it has to travel - but I am no expert, think I remember a cost of €40 per foot - but not sure.

What cost are you getting quoted?

Just started building a 2,800 sq ft. house and recently got quoted approx €14.800 (including VAT) for the plumbing work listed below. This seems a bit expensive to me but I must get some more quotes yet and compare.
