Have started a new build which is contract built.Builders are currently finishing two layers of blocks for deadwork before pouring floor.
Guessing it wont take much longer before poring floor. How much must I know about pipes and location of same for water. Is it sufficient to tell them which wall in utility washing machine is going or do I need exact location for example?Any thing else I need to know before pour.
Any advice appreciated.

Havent even met with plumber, it all comes in under contract price so not my own plumber. Will have plans from kitchen co. soon and that will answer queries on that side of things.Up to me where washing machine etc. goes in utility
If your washing machine is in a built in unit then you need not be too precise now as the pipe work can be hidden in the backs of the cupboards. Likewise the kitchen pipe work although if you know the approx location of the sink then supply to the dishwasher will be taken from here and this is usually located beside the sink and again pipe work is hidden.
The toilet supply and waste and wash hand basin supply and waste is important though so I'd choose my sink and pedestal noe nd toilet and cistern also.
If I was doing it again I'd go for a half pedestal. supply and waste comes out from the wall. Much neater job imo - for cleaning floors etc. a pic here [broken link removed]
