New Apparts at Bastion Quay, the docks, Athlone

Very interested in acquiring one of these new Apparts for myself - but physically difficult for me at the moment to travel up to view them without a huge effort and dependent on others to take me.
My Q is - Are they as nice as they look on magazines etc. from anyone who has seen them. The full on riverview is very nb to me
I confirm that I have no connection or interest whtsoever with the owners.
In your reply, please make no ref. whatsoever to the price (banned on the forum) which is happens to be unimportant to me anyway fortunately.

I understand that the ban on discussion of house prices does not extend to comments as to whether a particular property or development is cheap or expensive.
