Need help with Share Tax Liability.

Hi All,

I find this area of taxation really confusing and am looking for some help and assistance in determining how much I owe the taxman?

I have recently sold some Company shares (two types - one where I bough them at a reduced price and the others were options I was granted).

I have been told there's an immediate bill which I need to pay within 30 days?

I wrote to ESE PAYE providing all the details hoping that they would tell me how much I need to write a cheque for but they have been less than helpful to date.

Could someone on here tell me what my liability is if I post/PM the transactions?
