hi everyone

hope someone can help as i am in a mess!

so here is the story

Me my sister and my mother bought a property in 1992. we were all living in the property and then later on in year 2000 re mortgaged with alliance n leicester and its an endowment mortgage not a repayment one.

The problems

1. Me and my sister have fallen out since and i have been paying the mortgage on my own for 3 years.

2. My sister is not willing to talk about the situation

3. my mother is elderly so she cannot contribute

4. i am paying £850 a month and i have bills,debts and a daughter to support.

5. i dont want to sell and move out becuase its not worth it in the current climate.

Mortgage is £130.000

house value approx £400.000

so as you can see its a small mortgage with large equity but split 3 ways its not alot of money. i am heavily in debt (have contacted consumer credit counseling.)

i want to keep up my repayments but i want to know if i have any legal rights if i have been paying £800.00 + a month every month and all the bills to go with it.

its my home and im very insecure as to what is going to happen i dont want my sister to enforce any kind of sale..

Can someone offer me some advice.

Thanks in advance!

This is an irish site so the posters with legal backgrounds (like myself) will not be able to help you. Sorry.
