Hi guys, would really appreciate any help, I have a license agreement I am about sign in the hope of setting up a small business.
The Contract from the licenser is very general and I can see from my own basic understanding that even though it is a basic contract (about 4 pages long) it needs someone with a legal background to go through it with a fine tooth comb and cover me for any future issues
I would really appreciate any pointers on getting it looked at and also any recommendations on someone with a legal background (contract solicitor?) to take a look at it for a good cheap price??? I'm kinda tight for money right now and don't fancy paying the high prices of some solicitors and their.......I don't mind if it is done in out of office hours
