Need help and advice with completing ROS please.

I used Ros for my income tax returns last year. During the year, my computer was wiped and I had to re-register. I hope I managed this ok.I seem to have forgotten some of the basics though. I have downloaded a blank form 11 but personal data from last year is not there. I am a PAYE person with a small amount of rental income. any help appreciated. No help line today and I am out of the country from Tuesday. Thanks
 
The guide to filling form 11 on the revenue site is pretty good, it explains all the sections so is a help in trying to figure out which box figures go in. I just completed mine yesterday but even though I had done it last year it would not download a pre populated form for me anyway, I had to enter all the personal stuff again, to be honest that's the easiest part.
 
ros issue solved

I solved this problem - just log on my services in ros.ie and downloading a prepopulated return is one of the options on the left
