Hi,
I live in Swords, North Dublin area.
I live in a Bungalow which has already used its planning allowance about 20 years ago, before we bought it, so it is not exempt..
We are looking for a Kitchen extension and an attic conversion (for which we will require dormer windows).
What im looking for is a professional who can bring it through the steps required to get planning permission for both of these things.
I dont want an architect or someone who is going to charge by the build cost, as it may never get built in the end. What is required is for us to get the planning in place and then decide to build in a year or 2 if things are going well.
Are there any such people? And what kind of prices would they charge to bring us to the stage of having planning approval?
Basically the kitchen extension is 3 walls and a roof. For the attic i beilieve we'll need permission for dormers.
