need an electrician who can certify house safe

Hi

Looking for an electrician who can certify that the wiring and all electrics in a house is safe as has been disconnected for just over 2 years.

I guess they need to be registered or something.

Also approximately what is the charge for a 2 up 2 down house.

You need a RECI or ETCI registered contractor to allow ESB to reconnect supply try any of the online tradesmen sites or the golden pages for electrical contractors if you don't get referrals.
