I'm stuck on a Pepper tracker but not because the mortgage was in trouble at the time. It's a former BoSI one, that got transferred when they left the country.

During the recession I was out of work, on interest only with Pepper, and in arrears for a while, but not missed payments or had arrears for the past 7/8 years.Got some tracker redress but it wasn't huge due to interest only.

Currently struggling financially due to cost of living increases and couldn't move to a fixed rate, a bank wouldn't touch me at the moment so what can we do?
The only hope for those like me is pressure put on the CB and govt by people with some clout, to act on the funds to change their approach before it becomes unmanageable and I'm back in interest only etc.
