My flat roof is leaking

I have a flat roof it was just new when I moved in about ten years ago we have put loads of roof seal on but it still leaking . Does anyone know can it be repaired and if so what can of cost can I expect. Its approximately about 30ft by 10ft

I would say that at 10 years old you've had the service out of it. Might be best to replace roof covering and that will also give peace of mind if done properly that you will get 10 to 15 years out of a new roof.
