must i declare employers liability pension

Self employed and recieved a knee replacement if i apply for a disability benifit must i declare my employers liability pension.
 
Illness Benefit is based fon PRSI contributions and weekly income determines rate payable, the more you earned the more you get. Not sure what you mean by 'decalre my employer's liability pension' ?:confused:
 
As the OP is self-employed (assuming therefore class S contribution) he would therefore not have an entitlement to Illness Benefit
