MS Acess training in Cork

Hi,

Anyone able to recommend a place to do a good MS Access course in cork ? Looking to be able to build a couple of databases, queries etc and a couple of us in work need to do some training.

I don't know of any courses but there's loads of stuff free online for this if you have a look. If you have any knowledge of databases/SQL I think this would be enough for most users. I never used Access before and last year spent about 3 or 4 days at it and had a pretty decent knowledge of it by then (I did know the basics of databases though)

Knowldge of databases would be limited, so need to start from the bottom and work up. Thanks for the reply.

Hi, I have used databases before but was rusty. I recommend buying a book off Amazon called "Microsoft Access 2003". It also comes with a CD. Very easy reading. You should get the hang of it in no time. It's written by Virginia Andersen. Published by McGraw Hill.
