mp3 back to cd format

Would anyone know if there is a free software that converts mp3 back to the original cd format.

A CD format is far higher quality. Quality that is lost once you convert it to MP3. When you convert it back from MP3 to CD you don't get back that quality. But it will play on a normal CD player.

Any CD burning software will also do this. http://cdburnerxp.se/ for example.
