Hi Guys
I hope someone can help. I am moving in a few weeks and I plan to rent out my property. I am looking for €1,000 - €1,200 per month. My question relates to the tax deduction by the tenant, as I will be living in the USA will my tentant have to deduct this (20%) and how can you make sure that they send on the necessary forms at the end of the year. If so, I don't think it will even cover the mortage, can anyone shed some light on this or does any one have any tips on going about this.
Should I go with an estate agent or letting/management comp?
