moving to uk

can you help i may be moving to uk to work in febuary before i make a final decision
1 i will be paying paye in the uk will i still be liable for tax in ireland?
2 my wife will remain here can she use my credits
3 how long do i need to stay away for tax purposes
4 does the uk tax year still run from april to april
5 we own a property in london on which we pay tax on rental income here would this be affected
6 one last question if i purchase a car in the uk how long must i own it i can it into ireland without being liable for VRT
