Moving mortgage from AIB

Once all this redress mess is finally over with we’d like to move our mortgage.
Does anyone have any opinions about which banks to look at for a mortgage and which to avoid!?
Is it an easy process?

Decide what type of mortgage you want (fixed or variable) then choose the bank with the best rate available to you. You should only avoid based on what it will cost you. You should of course take cash back offers into consideration when calculating which offer is cheapest. The service you receive has more to do with the person you're dealing with as opposed to back you deal with.
