We are due to sign contracts both on the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new home. This is the first time we've ever moved house.
Does anybody have a checklist or experience in what we should get organised now (.ie utility bill changeover esb & gas).
We are due to close in the first week of december.
ESB and Gas did it all for me on the phone on the day of the move. In our experience, the date for moving changed so many times that it was a good job we hadn't done it in advance!
