Moving abroad, please anyone can recommend a good letting agent

Hi all,
I am moving abroad for a few years and I am planning to rent out my house in Dublin Blanchardstown area.

Have heard a lot horrible stories about letting agents, but I don’t have family nearby to look after the house so I have to find an agent…

Has anyone can advise me a GOOD letting agent in Dublin please.

I would be very thankful if anyone could help.

It's a over 6 weeks since you posted this Andy so not sure it this reply is any use...but I too am a non-resident landlord and have used dublinlettings.com for the last couple of years and would recommend them. Found good tenants for me and there was no dramas in dealing with them - mostly done over email.
