Moving a light switch

In a house in a new development that's nearly finished, there's a light switch on the wall that I'd like to change to another wall.
Firstly is this something that I could ask for during snagging?
Presuming it's not, is it something that is difficult (and expensive) to do as it'll be moving from a plasterboard wall to a concrete one?

If the first fix is done thenyeah you'll probably get charged...better toget it done sooner rather than later though....
